Texas Center for Grants Development (TCGD) provides grant-related services for nonprofit, faith-based and community-based organizations. As a part of the Resource Development Division of Harris County Department of Education, our staff has written small foundation proposals to multi-million dollar public grants.

With over 50 years combined grant experience, TCGD’s and Resource Development’s staff supports organizations by providing specialized grant services and products that help increase productivity and efficiency.
